To Better Serve You; *Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. *No-show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged the full service price. Please understand that time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require pre-payment before booking. Thank you for understanding. Clients more than 15 minutes late may receive a shorter service to allow your esthetician to be on time for the next appointment, or may need to be rebooked. Please alert your esthetician of any allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention. A contraindication may require a delay or denial of service. LATE ARRIVAL All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Our appointments are specially timed to accommodate a fantastic experience, check out, clean up, and set up for the next client. Please call ahead of time if you are running 10 minutes late. Beyond 20 mins you must reschedule & will be charged a FULL PRICE OF SERVICE.
