CANCELLATION POLICY
💕 Cancellation Policy – Please Read 💕 At Pretty in Pink Beauty Spa, your time and experience are very important to us. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair treatment for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below: 💳 Deposits All treatment deposits are non-refundable. However, your deposit will be applied toward your next booked appointment. We appreciate your understanding and commitment when reserving your spot. ⏰ Cancellations • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. These policies allow us to respect the time of our clients and professionals, and to offer timely services to others who may be waiting for an opening. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Life happens—we completely understand—but advance notice helps us better serve everyone with care and professionalism.
