CANCELLATION POLICY
💗 Pretty in Pink Beauty Spa Policies Thank you for choosing Pretty in Pink Beauty Spa! We truly value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. To provide the best experience for every client, please review our booking policies below. 💳 Deposits ✨ A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. • Deposits are non-refundable. • If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, or appointments that are not rescheduled within the allowed timeframe will result in the deposit being forfeited. ⏰ Cancellation Policy 🗓️ 24+ Hours’ Notice * No cancellation fee. ⚠️ Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice * A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. 🚫 Less Than 2 Hours’ Notice or No-Show * 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. * Any deposit paid will be applied toward this cancellation fee. 💕 We Understand Life Happens Unexpected situations can happen, and we completely understand. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
